Video surveillance and recording are carried out in eHosting units and branches.

Video surveillance does not mean automatic identification of a person. We will use video recordings only in specified cases to achieve the stated purposes.

Please note that when visiting any eHosting address, you become a subject of video surveillance.

We will store video recordings for up to 30 days. The exact data retention period depends on the quality of the recording and the available memory and may vary. In cases where the recording is needed as evidence in civil, administrative, criminal, or other legal proceedings, we reserve the right to keep the recording as long as necessary.

Our legitimate interests are to apply to state or municipal institutions, as well as courts, to protect our interests.

eHosting does not make automated decisions.

• to receive and/or transfer personal data to another controller. This applies only to data you have provided to us based on your consent or contract, and if the processing is carried out automatically.

You can exercise your rights only on the basis of a written application (including one signed with a secure electronic signature). We will provide a response within the period specified by law. If a solution cannot be reached, you have the right to contact the Data State Inspectorate.
